Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week over 5 days
Shifts: Rota over 7 days of Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00 / 09:00 – 18:00, Sunday 10:00 – 16:30

Our Customer Sales Team Leaders are responsible for driving revenue through their teams’ performances by using effect sales methods, applying expert product knowledge, and ensuring all policies and procedures are followed accordingly.
As a Customer Sales Team Leader, you will:
- Act as an ambassador for CareCo, providing the very best customer service at all times
- Support and lead a team of Customer Sales Advisors, ensuring all targets and KPI's are achieved
- Deal with manager escalation calls and emails
- Process customer sales in line with call compliance requirements
- Monitor the volume of calls and assist to support the sales floor
- Liaise with third-party suppliers ensuring any issues are dealt with
