Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week over 5 days
Shifts: Rota over 7 days of Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00 / 09:00 – 18:00, Sunday 10:00 – 16:30

Our Customer Sales Advisors, working in our telesales team, have a knack for matching customer needs to the many products within our range and the benefits they provide. We don’t do pushy sales or cold calling – our target audience are either existing customers or they’ve expressed an interest after seeing one of our adverts.
As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will:
- Act as an ambassador for CareCo, providing the very best customer service at all times
- Handle sales enquiries from new and existing customers with professionalism and empathy
- Contact existing customers to discuss additional products
- Work towards achievement of sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain and update customer accounts
